Refund policy


CONDITIONS TO COMPLETE A RETURN

Online shopping: you have 03 days from the arrival date of your order.

You can only request to return a product if it is found defective and damaged and was still sent out.

Items must be in their original condition and include all packaging items.

You have to send the item back to us on the address shared with you on email or messages - shipping charges will be borne by us in case the item is found defective. 

If you have shopped at a physical store, you are supposed to check the item thoroughly and no request to entertain a return request will be entertained.

REFUND: Your refund will be processed and transferred back into your bank account once the item is received back to us. It will take 03 days to process your refund.
